Ms. Rasheena Reid is a uniquely qualified professional whose career spans law, diplomacy, education, and international development. A tax attorney by training, a former U.S. diplomat, and an experienced educator, Rasheena brings a multidisciplinary and global perspective to her consultancy services.
Over the course of a distinguished 15-year diplomatic career, Rasheena served in U.S. Embassies around the world, where she advised senior U.S. and foreign government officials on complex foreign policy matters and spearheaded development initiatives aimed at fostering sustainable growth in emerging countries. Her work with the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) took her to Peru, Afghanistan, the Dominican Republic, Liberia, and Ghana—where she designed and managed programs in economic development, education, governance, and humanitarian aid.
Rasheena's academic credentials are equally impressive. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Yale University, a Juris Doctor and Master's in Education from the University of Pennsylvania, and an LL.M. in Taxation from Georgetown Law. This robust educational foundation equips her with a deep understanding of U.S. and international tax law, educational policy, and legal frameworks affecting global development.
In addition to her legal and diplomatic accomplishments, Rasheena is a dedicated educator. She began her career as a Teach For America corps member, teaching high school Spanish, and has continued to share her knowledge of Spanish, Portuguese, and mathematics in both classroom and tutoring settings. Fluent in both Spanish and Portuguese, she has taught and worked extensively in Brazil, combining her linguistic skills with legal and educational expertise.

Dr. Easton A. Reid is a seasoned consultant in economic policy and data analysis, with over 15 years of experience advising senior leaders across government, academia, and the private sector. A former U.S. diplomat and senior technical advisor, Dr. Reid has advanced U.S. economic interests and supported complex multinational initiatives across Africa, Latin America, Asia, and Europe.
He has led economic and strategic policy engagements on issues ranging from sovereign debt restructuring and trade facilitation to aviation, space cooperation, and health sector financing. At the U.S. Embassy in Ghana, he advised the U.S. Ambassador and Senior U.S. government leaders on macroeconomic stability and helped drive bilateral efforts around civil aviation, innovation, and sovereign debt response. His leadership contributed to Ghana's participation in the Artemis Accords and fostered cross-sector partnerships that promoted investment and trade.
In Liberia, Dr. Reid worked with USAID to develop and carry out multi-million-dollar national health financing plans and advise on health system improvements. He also consulted for a healthcare and logistics company operating across West Africa, where he led U.S. military research projects on infectious diseases and managed business strategy and compliance.
In the Dominican Republic, Dr. Reid served as an advisor to the U.S. Ambassador and senior leadership at the U.S. Embassy. He oversaw HR operations for 800 employees leading recruitment, policy development, and contract management. He led the launch of employee leadership training and enhanced mission readiness by streamlining U.S. visa as well as medical and security clearance processes.
A published researcher and academic, Dr. Reid has held faculty positions in East and Southeast Asia, taught public health and environmental science, and contributed as an author and editor to international peer-reviewed journals.
He holds a B.Sc. in Biochemistry from Oakwood University, a Ph.D. in Physiology from Meharry Medical College, and a Cardiovascular Physiology postdoctoral fellowship from the Cardiothoracic Surgery Department at the University of Kentucky.
